Terms of Service — Ajanda ve Takvim

By using the Ajanda ve Takvim mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal and lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

2. Accounts and security

Sign-in is provided via phone number verification (SMS OTP). You are responsible for maintaining access to your phone number and device.

3. User content

You are responsible for the content you create in the App (agenda items, tasks, notes). You retain ownership of your content.

4. Service availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google) for authentication, data storage (Firestore), and analytics. Use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BH Bilişim Yazılım ve Danışmanlık will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
