Privacy Policy — Ajanda ve Takvim

This Privacy Policy explains how BH Bilişim Yazılım ve Danışmanlık (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Ajanda ve Takvim mobile application (“App”).

1. Information we collect

a) Phone number (Authentication)

• We use your phone number to sign you in and verify your identity via SMS one-time password (OTP).
• Phone authentication is provided by Firebase Authentication.

b) User content you create

Calendar/agenda items, tasks, notes, and related data that you enter in the App may be stored in Firebase Firestore so you can access your data across devices and keep it backed up.

c) Analytics data

• We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App and to improve performance and features.
• Analytics data may include device and usage information (such as app interactions, approximate location derived from IP, device identifiers, and diagnostic signals). Exact data may vary depending on device and configuration.

d) Optional profile information (if you choose to provide it)

In the future, the App may allow you to create a profile (for example, a display name and/or profile photo). Providing profile information will be optional. If you provide it, it may be stored in Firebase Firestore to personalize your experience.

2. How we use information

• Provide and maintain the App’s functionality (including sign-in and data sync)
• Improve the App, monitor performance, and fix issues
• Prevent abuse and maintain security

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Google/Firebase as our service provider for Authentication, Firestore, and Analytics

4. Data retention

• Phone number used for authentication is retained as needed to keep your account active.
• Your agenda/calendar content stored in Firestore is retained until you delete it in the App or request deletion.
• Analytics data is retained according to Firebase/Google Analytics settings configured for this project.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal data. You can request support or deletion by contacting us at destek@bhbilisim.com.

Account and data deletion

You can delete your account from within the App. For security reasons, we may require you to verify your phone number again (re-authentication) before completing the deletion. When you delete your account, we delete your authentication account and the App data stored in Firebase Firestore associated with your account, subject to any legal obligations.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International data transfers

Firebase services may process data on servers outside your country. Google uses standard safeguards to protect data transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App or on our website.
